Power Stations for Ukrainian Medics

The medic in this photo is using the patient monitor you helped provide to an ambulance crew serving on the northeastern front of Ukraine. This team responds to everything from bombings to heart attacks to childbirth in a densely populated frontline region.

Power outages are constant after repeated strikes on infrastructure. Many days they receive only a few hours of electricity, and sometimes none.

Two medical teams in this region asked if we could help provide portable power stations. These allow them to store electricity when it is available and use it later to run lights, radios, and medical equipment.

Each unit costs about $1,600. Our goal is to provide two.
