Janelle Zimmerman

Janelle currently leads the Hard Skills team in Chazak Academy, overseeing the first response, medical, water, ropes, wilderness, and security training that response teams receive during their preparation for deployment to disaster zones internationally. Her background is in nursing and EMS (and she remains active in both), but the educator role gives her the most joy. Seeing students go out and use the training in places around the globe is an absolute delight.
