Human Resources Team Leader

The HR Team Leader is responsible to both lead the HR team as well as oversee the overall health of Chazak Rescue (CR). The HR Director needs to spend time at onsite training building relationships and keeping an up-to-date understanding on the pulse of CR. In addition to the health of CR, the HR Team Leader is also responsible for the overall health of individuals within CR. 

Main tasks and responsibilities: 

• Lead the HR Team 
• Take ownership of the overall health of CR 
• Take ownership of the overall health of individuals within CR 
• Spend time at CR onsite trainings developing relationships 
• Attend/Lead HR team meetings 
• Attend director meetings 
• Give oversight to the Mentoring, Coaching, and Exit Programs 

Qualifications: 

• A degree in Human Resources  (preferred) 
• HR experience 
• Leadership skills 
• International experience
• Good people/relational skills 
• Warm and friendly, with good communication skills 
• Experience in conflict resolution
