Women's Advisor

The Woman’s Advisor role will be held by a woman who will both advise staff regarding how to best gear our training to foster Godly femininity and advise female students as they progress through Chazak Academy.  This role is an HR role, but spends significant time operating within Academy.  

Main Responsibilities

• Attend all Academy full staff meetings and select Academy Leadership Team Meetings

• Attend Human Resources team meetings

• Advise Academy, HR (and possibly the Executive Leadership Team) toward the goal of cultivating godly femininity within Chazak

• Be available as an advisor for female cadets and Guardians

• Be at enough training events to have a relationship with students and to get a good feel for how training is shaping and impacting women

Qualifications

• Team player – Hungry, Humble, Smart

• Strong commitment to the values and culture of Chazak Academy

• This role will be held by a woman

• Must support Chazak’s position on men and women and their roles  

• Have a passion for seeing women embrace godly femininity.

• Possess good judgment in communicating with staff and maintaining student confidentiality

• Have the social and interpersonal skills to connect quickly and deeply with young women  

Compensation:  

‍We cannot offer this as an immediate paid position. There is currently no budget for this position. We are continuing our search with the understanding that a potential hire would either need to:
-Wait to start until funding is available,
-Raise their own support,
-Work as a volunteer until funding is available.
